Local, seasonal and homemade, Cafe 98 focuses on the best flavours and the best of Wexford produce. We source as many local ingredients as possible. We are proud to include Tinnock Farm, Byrne’s Free- Range Chickens, O’Neill’s Bacon, Gorse Farm and Duncannon Smoke House as suppliers.
On occasion, we also source lamb and beef from Wilton Mills, the family farm.

From north of county Wexford, make your way south on the M11 to the Enniscorthy exit. From West of county Wexford, make your way to the N80 and follow signs for Enniscorthy/Rosslare and at the roundabout for the N11, take to exit to Enniscorthy. From the south, head for the N25 through New Ross and follow signs for Enniscorthy.
From Connolly Station in Dublin or all points North, take the Rosslare Europort train and exit at Enniscorthy Station. The 1798 Centre is only a 15 minute walk away.
Bus Eireann No. 2 or Wexford Bus southbound from Dublin Airport or Dublin city centre to the Enniscorthy stop. The 1798 Centre is only a 10 minute walk away.Free parking is available for cars and coaches.

What did you love most about your trip to Ireland? National 1798 Rebellion Centre, Enniscorthy because it was extremely informative and brought the whole history of the period to life.

Taking a walk up Vinegar Hill, seeing the local houses with their beautiful gardens and learning the history at Enniscorthy castle and the Rebellion Centre, has been a real highlight to this trip, will be coming back
